"A Vampire Tale" is a story of the adventures of a girl who witnessed the tragic story of her family being killed in front of her eyes when she was five years old. This story teaches that something that looks bad may have a background and good intentions.
The story begins with a five-year-old girl named Anna who wakes up at one in the morning to the sound of breaking glass and her father's screams. She found her father being lifted by a vampire to lifelessness, but the vampire did not attack her, she saw her lifeless mother covered in blood on the floor. Anna who saw her mother's corpse taken away by the vampire through the window of her house could not do anything.
The police in charge of finding out where the corpse went could not do their job because the footprints were covered in snow, but there were traces of blood where the vampire went. Anna grew up studying the mythology of vampires to avenge her. 20 years later, after a long time she searched the place she found the place where the vampire lived, she went there with a katana, after she studied the mythology about vampires beheading her was a good decision.
She saw a windowless hut in the middle of the forest which was the vampire's house, unexpectedly there was a familiar voice from inside and she saw the vampire named elif, Anna was shocked because beside the vampire stood a person carrying a large umbrella was her mother. The vampire told her the real incident 20 years ago that the man who came home late at night was Anna's "father" quarreled and stabbed a knife into his mother's chest, the vampire tried to help Anna's mother but her mother's life was not saved, the man was lifted to the wall by her until he was unconscious. The vampire could not save his mother's life but could give her new life.
After Anna heard all the truth, the grudge from her past subsided and she changed her mind to continue her intention. Because the place has begun to know a lot of elif tries to move to another place, the emotional farewell between mother and Anna before they finally separate again.
